Friendship!

What is this relationship all about! I have had to look at this in many more ways than I thought I would. I have a few very best friends in my life. My life is richer for them. They are the ones I can turn to and know that they will be there for me. I appreciate them and their caring. That being said when a friendship dies it is like losing a part of yourself. It is a difficult and very emotional time. The reflections on what was said and how it was said plays over and over again like a movie in your head.  You feel lost on an open sea. All that you can do is to turn to another best friend for the emotional support that you need. They are there for you and will wrap you in their arms and allow you to cry. Hand you a tissue and tell you they Love You!  This is the beauty of the relationship and is the essential meaning of friendship. Being friends means being there for each other at all times, whether it’s good or bad. A friend needs to be very understanding and give each other the benefit of the doubt. Ideally the meaning of friendship is sharing unconditional love for each other. The answer to what is the meaning of friendship lies within our hearts.True friendship can only be felt. Something so pure and essential is not always visible to the eye, but is felt by the heart. Not all friendships evolve to this and many fall by the wayside because of the unconditional Love that needs to be there for a true friendship to blossom and thrive. So embrace the people in your life that really matter. Show them you care and tell them you love them. Life is to short not to! Live Love and Laugh Enough!
